It was not your usual moving day, when the team from Ray White Real Estate Methven packed up the boxes, loaded the furniture and equipment and moved one street back to 36 McMillan Street.
Having settled into their new boutique office space very quickly, its business as usual for the hardworking team of Robyn Lilley, Margaret Feiss and Shirley Fitzgerald. If you’re buying or selling property in the Methven district, or you’d simply like an appraisal, you won’t find a more knowledgeable or more helpful team anywhere!
Robyn is there to meet and greet you with a warm welcome and beaming smile as you arrive. She joined the Ray White team nearly four years ago and has a passion for real estate. “There’s never a dull moment. I enjoy working under the leadership of Jill Quaid and alongside Margaret and Shirley. I love interacting with our wonderful Methven clients, helping put them at ease and providing essential support to the sales team.”
Margaret has been selling real estate in Methven for 25 years over which time she has accumulated an amazing depth of local knowledge. She takes an active interest in, and has her finger on the pulse of everything that’s happening locally, and in the broader community. She loves meeting people and prides herself on giving honest, professional advice. She lives and breathes real estate – it is in her blood.
Shirley is a Methven girl born and bred, with a real love of the district which she enjoys sharing. She has 16 years’ experience in the real estate industry and, along with her husband, has bought and sold a number of properties. “This first-hand experience means I can help you make the best possible decision.” Shirley is known for her outgoing personality, her honesty and wicked sense of humour.
