Easy No-Churn Ice Cream

Really good, creamy ice cream can be time consuming to make but you can avoid all of that and still get your licks in. Best of all, it only takes three ingredients to make.

400g can (approx) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (500ml) cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

*Additional flavours:

400 grams good quality dark cooking chocolate, melted

1/2 cup (or more) crushed Oreo Cookies

Peppermint flavouring & chocolate chips

Using an electric beater, in a large bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks occur. Be careful not to over whip. In another large bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla together. *If making other flavours, also mix them in now. Gently fold the two mixtures together. Pour the combined mixture into a plastic container, cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
