Lincoln Event Centre

Art Couture Wearable Arts show will take place on Saturday 12th October at The Lincoln Event Centre. This is a show not to missed! Designers from around New Zealand get the opportunity to showcase their endless hours of creating & designing a wearable piece of art that adorns the body.

Art Couture NZ was started to provide an opportunity for New Zealand designers of all levels to explore and develop their creativity in the form of wearable art and to provide a show that all the family can enjoy. We believe strongly in diversity and therefore models in the show are of all ages, sizes, shapes, ethnicities and genders.  Most of the models are either a family member or friend of the designer or the designer themselves. The team are constantly amazed and thrilled by the skill and thinking of the designers. Each designer has spent countless hours thinking about and creating their garment.  No doubt it has provided challenges and opportunities for creative solutions. Body Painting is also going to take part this year, a new addition to the show, one that provides us with another form of art to admire and appreciate. Not to mention we also have a collection of vintage men’s clothing take to the stage as well. Don’t miss out on this fabulous night out, tickets are available from www.dashtickets.co.nz  Book Now! or for more information e-mail artcouturenz@gmail.com
